目的 探究在医院感染的控制中采用微生物检验的应用价值。方法 选取在2015年1月-2016年6月在新郑市第二人民 医院住院治疗的患者80例作为本次研究对象，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组采 用单纯的常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上行定期的微生物检验并治疗，比较医院感染的发生率及轻重程度。结 果 观察组感染率(10.00%)明显少于对照组(35.00%)，医院感染的程度(50.00%)明显低于对照组(85.71%)，两组比 较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在医院的感染控制中，微生物检验具有良好的应用价值，有效减少了患者在住 院期间感染的发生率，提高了临床治疗的成功率。

Objective To investigate the application value of bacteriological examination in hospital infection control. Methods 80 cases in the Second People’s Hospital of Xinzheng City from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Control group was given pure regular treatment, observation group was given periodical bacteriological examination, compare the incidence of nosocomial infection and severity degree of the two groups. Results Infection rate of observation group (10.00%) was less than control group (35.00%), nosocomial infection degree of observation group (50.00%) was lower than control group (85.71%), there was significant difference in them (P<0.05). Conclusion In hospital infection control, bacteriological examination has better application value, it can lower hospital infection effectively and improve clinic treatment successful rate.
