异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入对COPD急性加重期患者支 气管痉挛及肺功能的影响

摘要

目的 探讨异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者支气管痉挛及肺功能的 影响。方法 将我院92例COPD急性加重期患者按就诊顺序分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=46),两组均给予COPD 常规治疗手段,观察组在常规治疗基础上添加异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组在常规治疗基础上添加异 丙托溴铵。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者支气管痉挛及肺功能相关指标的变化情况,并依据有关文献对比其疗效。 结果 治疗前两组患者相关气道指标及肺功能指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后患者相关气道指标及 肺功能指标明显改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组;同时通过对比两组疗效也证实观察组总有效率高于对照组, 以上对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入对COPD急性加重期患者支气管 痉挛及肺功能改善作用较单用异丙托溴铵更为显著。

Objective To study the effect of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide inhalation on bronchospasm and lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 92 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in our hospital were taken as the clinical objects, and they were divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases) according to their orders of treatment. Both groups were given routine treatment and ipratropium bromide, besides the observation group was given additional budesonide inhalation. The changes of bronchospasm and lung function related indicators in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results There was no difference between the two groups before treatment in the indexes of airway and lung function(P>0.05). After treatment, the indexes of airway and lung function were improved, and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and their differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement effect of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide inhalation on bronchospasm and lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD was more significant than that of ipratropium bromide alone.

前言

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是指患者气道气流受阻 所致的慢性支气管或肺部炎症反应,其感染机制较为 特殊,温差及空气污染均可导致病变[1]。近年来COPD 的发病率逐渐攀升,死亡病例也日益增多,医学界对 COPD也日益重视,治疗手段也日渐成熟[2]。本次研究 着重探讨异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入对COPD急 性加重期患者支气管痉挛及肺功能的影响,具体报道 如下。
