Value of EASI Lead Electrocardiogram Combined with 1.5T MRI in Evaluating Myocardial Ischemia

Objective To explore the clinical application value of EASI lead electrocardiogram combined with 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the evaluation of myocardial ischemia. Methods 80 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia admitted to the hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected. All patients were given EASI lead electrocardiogram and 1.5T MRI. The results of two examinations of myocardial ischemia were observed and recorded, and the accuracy rates of EASI lead electrocardiogram, MRI and combined diagnosis were compared, and ROC curve analysis was used to analyze the value of the two examinations in the evaluation of myocardial ischemia. Results The accuracy rate of EASI lead electrocardiogram combined with 1.5T MRI was significantly higher than that of single examination(P<0.05), and ROC curve analysis showed that EASI lead electrocardiogram combined with 1.5T MRI was more ensitive than single examination for predicting myocardial ischemia(P<0.05). Conclusion EASI lead electrocardiogram combined with 1.5T MRI can improve the accuracy rate of myocardial ischemia and accurately assess the degree of myocardial ischemia.
