PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Sesonance Enhanced Imaging in early hepatocirrhosis with small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with cirrhosis in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with MRI plain scan. The observation group was treated with Sesonance Enhanced Imagingin. Analyzed the image results of two groups of patients, and taken Liver biopsy or operation within 1 months after the scan, to obtain the specimens for biopsy. Results In early arterial phase, in the control group, the incidence of moderate and severe respiratory artifacts was 8%,which is 2% in the observation group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two. In later arterial phase, in the control group, the incidence of moderate and severe respiratory artifacts was 24%, which is 6% in the observation group(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two. MRI coincidence scan and enhanced scan showed that the coincidence rate of HCC and pathological was 61.81%, which was 91.81% showed in Sesonance Enhanced Imagingin (P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two. Conclusion Compared with MRI scan, Sesonance Enhanced Imagingin can effectively reduce the respiratory artifact of image results, which means it can be more effective in diagnosing the nature of intrahepatic nodules in patients with cirrhosis, has high clinical value.
