Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MRI perfusion imaging in microcirculation status of patients with pre-infarction. Methods fifty-five symptomatic stroke patients admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital from may, 2018 to January, 2019 were included. Routine MRI examination was performed. Patients with negative DWI images were further imaged with MRI-PWI, and the values ofrCBF, rCBV, MTT and TTP parameters on the affected side and the uninjured side were measured and compared. Results among the 55 patients included in this group, 16 of them had negative MRI-DWI results. MRI-PWI imaging found 12 cases by MRI brain hypoperfusion area, including Ⅰ1 period in 5 cases, Ⅰ2 period in 2 cases,Ⅱ1 period in 3cases,Ⅱ2 period in 2 cases. The differences in rCBV, rCBF, MTT and TTP between the affected side and the healthy side were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion compared with MRI-DWI, MRI-PWI has a higher detection rate of preinfarct lesions. It provides important basis for early diagnosis of ischemic stroke.
