摘要
目的 探讨和分析CT 与MRI两种 检查在大脑镰旁硬膜下出血诊断中的价 值。方法 回顾分析我院2011年6-2015年 9月经临床证实的53例大脑镰旁硬膜下出 血CT与MRI表现,按出血厚度将患者分为 三组:3MM以下组,3-5MM组,5MM以上 组,比较CT与MRI两种检查结果。结果 对3MM以下组少量硬膜下出血CT基本漏 诊;3-5MM组中硬膜下出血的显示MRI明 显优于CT;5MM以上组硬膜下出血的显示 MRI与CT基本一致。结论 MRI对大脑镰旁 硬膜下出血的显示极佳,尤其是对厚度 越小的硬膜下出血的显示MRI的优势越明 显,可作为大脑镰旁硬膜下出血诊断的 金标准。
Objective To discussion and analysis the CT and MRI in the value of diagnosis of cerebral falx subdural hemorrhage. Methods The CT and MRI characteristics of the 53 cases, recruited from our hospital from June 2011 to September 2015, with clinically confirmed cerebral falx subdural hemorrhage were reviewed. According to the thickness of bleeding divided the patients into three groups: below 3mm group, 3-5mm group, more than 5mm group. Than compared the two results in CT and MRI. Results A small amount of subdural hemorrhage were misdiagnosis by CT in below 3mm group. Subdural hemorrhage in 3-5mm group showed that MRI is superior to CT. More than 5mm group showed that MRI and CT are basically identical. Conclusion The research showed the advantage of MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral falx subdural hemorrhage, especially for the smaller thickness of subdural hemorrhage. So MRI can be used as the the gold standard in cerebral falx subdural hemorrhage diagnosed.

前言
大脑镰是硬脑膜向纵裂内延续而成,其与蛛网膜之间同样存在硬 膜下间隙,同样可以存在硬膜下出血。但临床对大脑镰旁的硬膜下出 血远不如颅骨内板下硬膜下出血充分,经常出现漏诊和误诊[1-2]。笔者 收集了我院2011年6~2015年9月一批经临床证实,临床资料完整且既 行CT又行MRI检查的大脑镰旁硬膜下出血患者资料进行对比分析,探讨 两种检查对硬膜下出血的显示差异,现报告如下。
