Clinical Analysis of Focus Psychological Nursing in Syphilis Patients

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of focus psychotherapy nursing in patients with syphilis. Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with syphilis were analyzed retrospectively from September 2010 to September 2015. Among them, 42 cases were treated with routine nursing care (control group); 42 cases were treated with focus psychotherapy nursing. All patients underwent symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90 score), and compared the treatment compliance of the two groups of patients, comprehensive evaluation of the clinical care effect of patients. Results The degree of improvement of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and psychosis in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05 ). The excellent rate of treatment adherence was 88.10% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of syphilis-type psychological nursing is obvious and the clinical effect is superior to routine nursing. It can improve the mental state of patients, eliminate the bad psychological factors and improve the compliance rate of treatment compliance. It is worthy of clinical use.
