The postoperative recovery conditions, postoperative complications, mastery degree of health knowledge and blood glucose were compared. Results The anal exhaust time, initial ambulant time and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05), the incidence rate of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05), upon admission, the puerpera’s mastery degree of health knowledge showed no statistical difference (P>0.05), after delivery and before discharge from hospital, the mastery scores on the Cesarean section knowledge and breast-feeding knowledge in the observation group were higher while the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels were reduced, with statistical difference (P<0.05).
