Objective To investigate the effect and nursing points of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 84 cases with cerebral infarction in our hospital from September 11, 2015 to May 20, 2017 were selected and divided according to single - double number method. Single group (42 cases) was given clopidogrel treatment, combined group (42 cases) was given aspirin on basis of the single group, the two groups were all given holistic nursing intervention, NIHSS, scores of daily activity ability of the two groups were studied and compared. Results NIHSS, scores of daily activity ability of the two groups after treatment were all significantly improved compared with those before treatment, but NIHSS of the combined group (17.32±3.78) was lower than that of the control group, scores of daily activity ability of the observation group was (81.65±4.65), significantly higher than that of the single group, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of clopidogrel combined with aspirin has significant effect on treatment of cerebral infarction, in order to guarantee the treatment effect, the patients' compliance to holistic nursing intervention is very important.
