Objective to analyze the integrated control effect of community health management in elderly diabetes patients. Methods 200 elderly diabetics who were treated in this community center were selected as the study subjects, and the group was randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with routine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group applied community health management. Compare the diabetic knowledge rate, treatment rate, control rate and dietary compliance of the two groups; According to the improvement of FPG, 2hPG and GHbA1c before and after treatment, the control effect of the disease was evaluated comprehensively. Results The rate of diabetes, treatment rate and control rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The dietary compliance rate of the patients in the observation group was 92.00%, significantly greater than the control group of 76.00%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Elderly diabetes application of community health management of comprehensive control effect is remarkable, which can improve the coordination of clinical curative effect, strengthen the patients cognition of disease, improve the patient's diet adherence, worthy of clinical use.
