Objective To probe into the clinical value of atorvastatin combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 94 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and who accepted treatments in our hospital from May, 2014 to January, 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method , with 47 patients in each group. Two groups were given basic treatment, in the control group were treated with atorvastatin while in the observation group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, they were treated with the amlodipine. Then, the blood pressure, blood lipid, cardiac function and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between two groups (P>0.05). After the treatment, compared with the control group, the SBP, DBP, TC in the observation group were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in cardiac function between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment were improved, and the CI and CO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group respectively were 19.15% and 14.89%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), and there was no severe reaction. Conclusion The atorvastatin combined with amlodipine which can effectively control blood pressure, regulate blood lipids, improve heart function in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, thus it is worthy to be promoted.
