Objective To analyze and study the clinical care path (Climical nursing pathway, CNP) application in the obstetric nursing. Methods Select 170 cases of maternal as research subjects in our hospital from 2015--2016, in accordance with the time of admission were randomly divided into control group and observation group, in which the control group of 80 patients, 90 cases of observation group. The control group received routine care of the path, based on the observation group in the control group, the use of clinical nursing path. Compared two groups of maternal satisfaction with care, hospital costs, length of stay and health education compliance rate of maternal data. Results The clinical effect of the observation group than the control group. The average length of stay in the observation group was (3.56±1.64) days, the average cost of hospitalization was (1978.23±491.21) yuan; the control group, the average length of stay was (6.36 ± 3.14) days, the average cost of hospitalization was (2397.11±571.56) yuan, compared to there are differences, there are statistically significant (P<0.05). Observation group maternal health education compliance rate was 90%, and health education compliance rate was 75% in the control group of women, there are differences between the two, there was statistically significant (P<0.05), the observation group maternal nursing satisfaction for 92.22 percent, the control group mothers nursing satisfaction with 77.50%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective application of clinical nursing path in obstetrics and gynecology patients, can enhance compliance rate of maternal health education, reduce hospitalization and reduce the cost of maternal hospital stay short, you can promote in clinical care.
