Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine combined with atropine in anesthesia recovery period of bladder irritation agitation treatment. Methods 62 patients were selected from June 2014 -2016 in June in our hospital department of general surgery, according to the surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 31 cases in each group. All patients were treated by general anesthesia with tracheal intubation catheterization after anesthesia, patients in the experimental group. At the end of the operation before the injection of dezocine and atropine, control group were given saline at the end of surgery before, compared two groups of patients with postoperative adverse reactions, bladder stimulation and restlessness. Results The experimental group of patients with bladder stimulation rate was 12.90%, significantly lower than the control group (48.39%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group the agitation rate was 3.23%,significantly lower than the control group (19.35%), significant difference between the two groups, the existence of Statistically significant (P<0.05).Experimental group of patients with adverse reactions occurred rate of 6.45%, significantly lower than the control group (25.81). Significant difference between the two groups, there is significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Dezocine combined with atropine on systemic anesthesia recovery period bladder stimulation restlessness in the therapeutic effect is very good, effectively reduces the bladder to stimulate the degree, but also reduce the incidence of agitation, but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
