Objective Clinical application of Nursing Department of burns and plastic surgery opponents after the humanized nursing were summarized, evaluated and analyzed. Methods In our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015 received 60 hand burn patients as the research object, the patients were hand burn plastic surgery in our hospital, 60 patients were randomly divided into as the observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the control group was taken with conventional nursing, and the observation group with humanistic nursing method based on conventional surgical nursing, and nursing satisfaction in nursing after, two groups of patients with pain index, hospitalization time and complications were compared. Results The clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared, observe the degree of pain in patients after treatment at different time points were significantly lower than the control group, the satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group; in the control group The average hospitalization time (22.9±4.9) d than the average hospitalization time of the observation group (16.8±5.5) D and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the observation group and the control group complication rate were 11.2% and 23.6%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing with higher nursing satisfaction of humanized nursing the hand burn patients after surgery, patients with significantly reduced pain, lower incidence and complications, on hand wound healing has great significance, good clinical effect in general.
