目的 研究腹腔镜良性卵巢肿瘤切除术的护理配合方式和技巧。方法 收集2015年12月-2017年2月腹腔镜良性卵巢肿 瘤切除术治疗的患者46例分两组(每组23例)，对照组给予常规护理配合；研究组给予全面护理配合。就两组患者腹 腔镜手术所需时间、术中心率、术后住院时间、机体疼痛评分和护理满意度、总并发症发生率进行比较。结果 研 究组护理满意度(95.65%)明显高于对照组(73.91%)，研究组总并发症发生率(4.35%)明显低于对照组(26.09%)，研 究组患者腹腔镜手术所需时间、术中心率、术后住院时间、机体疼痛评分均明显优于对照组，以上差异均具有统计 学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 腹腔镜良性卵巢肿瘤切除术的全面护理配合效果良好，可提升患者满意度，减少并发症， 缩短手术时间，维持术中生命体征平稳，减轻术后疼痛，缩短住院时间，值得推广。

Objective To study the nursing cooperation and technique of laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor resection. Methods From December 2015 to February 2017, a total of 46 patients with laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor resection were divided into two groups (23 cases of each group). Patients in control group were received routine nursing, while patients in study group were received full care and cooperation. The duration of laparoscopic surgery, intraoperative heart rate, postoperative hospital stay, body pain score, nursing satisfaction and total complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The comprehensive nursing satisfaction of study group (95.65%) was significantly higher than that of control group (73.91%), the complication rate of study group (4.35%) was significantly lower than that of control group (26.09%), the time required for laparoscopic surgery, intraoperative heart rate, postoperative hospital stay and body pain score of study group were significantly better than those of control group, All these differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect of laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor resection is good, which can improve patient satisfaction, reduce complications, shorten operation time, maintain stable vital signs during operation, reduce postoperative pain and shorten hospital stay, which is worthy of popularization.
