Diagnostic Value of Enhanced CT Scan on Adrenal Adenoma Lack of Fat

Objective To study diagnostic value ofenhanced CT scan on adrenal adenoma without CT. Methods Seventy eight patients with adrenal tumor were selected, and theywere divided into an adenoma tumor group and a non- adenoma tumor group, and clearance characteristics of contrast agent of lesions in two groups under enhanced and delayed scan of CT were compared. Results The findings showed that the density of contrast agent of adrenal adenoma within 6 min and 12 minutes of delayed scan sweeps away rapidly when compared to that of non- adrenal adenoma, and CT value dropped below 24 hu (P<0.05). Conclusion CT is capable of differentiating adrenal adenoma and non-adrenal adenoma without fat from delayed scan contrast agent with the clearance speed at 6 min and 12 min. Enhanced scan CT delivers important value in differentiating adrenal adenoma without fact.
