PDFAbstract
Objective Better to adapt to the modern care model transformation, improve the quality of care services, this paper discusses the integration of medical room look it up in clinical care in clinical nursing used in effect. Methods From 2014 in July to December implementation medical integration room look it up in bed, compare before and after the patients average day in hospital, auxiliary check waiting for the day, per capita in hospital costs, and patients to nursing satisfaction doctors and nurses to the satisfaction. Results The patients average day in hospital, auxiliary check waiting for the day shorten, patients with satisfaction significantly improved (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Health care integration look it up as a whole room to shorten patients admitted to hospital on average auxiliary check waiting the day, reduce medical costs, improve the quality of care has certain promote role, it is worth have promotion clinical applications.
