PDFAbstract
Objective To probe into the effects of different doses of etomidate combined with sufentanil in application of induction of anesthesia in craniocerebral surgery in the elderly. Methods 78 cases of elderly patients with craniocerebral surgery and who accepted treatments in our hospital from April, 2015 to March, 2016 were selected as the research object, and were grouped by the random number table method, the group A of 39 cases and 39 cases in group B.The group A were given 0.2mg/kg etomidate, while the B group were given the 0.4mg/kg etomidate, and sufentanil 0.5 g/kg was added to induce anesthesia. Then, the hemodynamic changes at different times were recorded between two groups. Results The MAP at T2-T5 time point in the group A were lower than that in the group B, and the HR at T3-T5 time point were lower than that in the group B,and the BIS at the T3-T5 time point was higher than in the group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 12.82%, and that in group B was 15.38%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The 0.2mg/ kg etomidate combined with sufentanil for anesthesia induction in elderly patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery, which the safety are high, and can maintain the hemodynamic stability during operation and it is conducive to the smooth development of the operation.
