Application of Health Education in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

PDFAbstract
Objective To analyze the application and effect of health education in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods 35 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients in our hospital were selected in August 2015 -2016 year in November as the research subject. Divided into A group and B group were 18 cases and 17 cases of.B group were given general nursing, group A was added with the comparison of health education, nursing satisfaction, complications and treatment compliance. Results The nursing satisfaction of group A is 94.45%, group B is 70.59%. A group the complication rate was 11.11%, B group is 41.76%, the treatment compliance of A group was 100%, B group was 70.59%, compared with three data. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education can enhance the treatment compliance of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis, and less complications, nursing satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
