Curative Effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate on Flu

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oseltamivir phosphate on flu. Methods From May 2015 to Jan. 2017, a total of 130 patients with flu in our hospital were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group (65 cases) and observation group (65 cases). Both groups were given conventional therapy, besides, the observation group was given additional oseltamivir phosphate. After treatment, the curative effects in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 92.31% which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 73.85%, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment, the fever remission time, symptom relief time and flu release time in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Oseltamivir phosphate which has good effect for flu, can quickly relieve symptoms and alleviate the suffering of patients. Thus, it is worthy of promotion.
