Application of High Quality Nursing on Postpartum Hemorrhage in Patients with Pregnancy Hypertension Syndrome

Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome. Methods 96 cases with pregnancy hypertension syndrome and postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (received routine nursing intervention) and the observation group (received high quality nursing on the basis of the control group), 48 cases in each group. Compare the postpartum 24hours bleeding amount, blood pressure, newborn 1 min Apgar score and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups. Results Postpartum 24hours bleeding amount, blood pressure (SBP, DBP) indexes of the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Newborn 1 min Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (87.50%) (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing has significant application effect on postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome, it is worthy of clinical application
