The Diagnostic Value of the Combined Application of Color Doppler Ultrasund and MRI Enhancement Scanning in Breast Nodule*

PDFAbstract
Objective To discusses the application value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance (MR) diagnostic in breast benign and malignant nodules. Methods 68 nodes with color doppler ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging were collected, which were compared with the pathology results, to analyze the diagnostic advantage. Results pathologic 30 nodules were benign and 38 malignant were confirmed by pathology. Ultrasonic diagnostic sensitivity was 97.14%, specific degrees was 80%, the accuracy was 83.33%, MR sensitivity was 100%, specific degrees was 50%, the accuracy was 83.33%, the combined application of the two way could improve the diagnostic accuracy, which could reach 88.88%. Conclusion The combined application of color doppler ultrasound and MRI enhancement scanning can improve the detection rate of breast benign and malignant lesions, provide more reliable diagnostic basis for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
