Effect of Case Management on Rehabilitation of Severe Mental Patients

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the effect of case management on rehabilitation of severe mental patients. Methods 70 cases of severe mental patients from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into the common group (traditional management method) and the observation group (case management method), then observe the SDSS, BPRS scores of the two groups. Results After management, SDSS, BPRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before management (P<0.05), SDSS, BPRS scores of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Case management can help to improve the rehabilitation of severe mental patients, it can also improve the mental condition, social competence of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
