Abstract

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in senile patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 100 senile patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was given aspirin treatment, and the observation group was given clopidogrel on basis of the control group, treatment effect, adverse reactions condition during the process of treatment of the two groups were compared. Results Total efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 96.00%, 70.00%, the difference of efficiency between the two groups had statistic significance (P<0.05), adverse reaction rate during the treatment of the observation group (8.00%) was lower than that of the control group (20.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of coronary heart disease has better treatment effect and less adverse reaction than aspirin alone, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
