Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of bile duct papillary tumor. Methods 72 cases of intraductal papillary tumor patients from May 10, 2014 to May 1, 2015 were divided into two groups. The control group (36 patients with CT diagnosis), and the observation group (36 cases underwent magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis),The results of the two groups of patients with intraductal papillary tumors were compared. Results The observation group of intraductal papillary tumor patients, 5 cases of negative patients (of which 3 cases were misdiagnosed, the misdiagnosis rate was 8.33%. 2 cases were misdiagnosed, the misdiagnosis rate was 5.56%), 31 cases of patients, the positive detection rate was 86.11% (P<0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging is of high diagnostic value for bile duct papillary tumor and deserves to be applied.
