PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate the clinical response of bronchiectasis with bronchial asthma to hormone inhalation. Methods 100 cases of bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma patients were selected as the research object from July 2014 to July 2017 in our hospital. They were divided into group A, group B, 50 cases in each group, according to the order of admission. All patients were the routine treatment, while patients in A group added hormone treatment. The curative effect, pulmonary function index and blood routine index of the two groups were evaluated. Results the total efficiency of treatment group B patients (91.09% patients) than group (98.02%), the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the group of patients with FVC (2.41+0.37) L is more than group B patients (2.08+0.17) L, the group of patients with FVC than group B patients, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the group of patients with FEV1, FVC The proportion is higher than group B, the difference was statistically significant compared. The maximum peak expiratory flow rate in group A is greater than group B patients, the group of patients with lymphocytes, neutrophils, white blood cell count level was lower than that in group B patients, compared with statistical significance. Conclusion For the patients with bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma, inhaled corticosteroid is effective, which improve the patient's lung function and blood routine indexes should be used.
