Imaging Features and Differential Diagnosis of Histoplamosis of Lung

Abstract

Objective Investigating the imaging features of Histoplamosis of Lung, to make certain the diagnoses and differential diagnosis points. Methods All imaging data of 5 patients of Histoplamosis of Lung confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 5 cases, 2 cases showed solitary or diffuse nodule and calcification been seen in the center, solitary nodule showed typical target sign, multiple nodules which calcification been seen in the center aggregated signs of loose bullet. 2 cases had hilar and mediastinum lymph nodes calcification. Broncholithiasis was been found in 1 case, multiple pulmonary consolidation was been seen in 1 case;miliaryshadow was been found in 1 case. Conclusion The imaging features of Histoplamosis of Lung are special,refer to the clinical features could make the diagnosis.
