Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese herbal medical and western medical integratedly treatment for terminal-stage primary liver cancer, formulate reasonable treatment. Methods Retrospectively collected in June 2013-June 2015, I division of 103 patients with primary liver cancer, who are no surgical indications. They are divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 57 cases of observation group, treatment: the combination of Chinese herbal medicine and western medical treatment, based on the classification of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation. The control group, 46 cases given western medical treatment. After 3 months compare the clinical curative effect, the two groups patients were followed-up for 3months, 6months, 12months, then compare their survival quality. Results Compared with control group, the level of ALT /AST in serum is lower in the observation group, the treatment effect is significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.05), the two group patients were followed-up for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, we found that after treatment, the survival quality of observation group is obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Chinese herbal medicine and western medical treatment for terminal-stage primary liver cancer, cause good affect, and can enhance the patients’ survival quality, is worth popularizing clinically used.
