Objective To study the analysis of uterine Bakri tamponade balloon catheter clinical effect in the treatment of central placenta previa cesarean section. Methods 45 cases admitted with central placenta previa cesarean section maternal from December 2014 to January 2016were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group were used oxytocin, Yan Pei and other drugs, sewed tie active bleeding; uterine observation group were used Bakri tamponade balloon catheter hemostasis on the basis of control group, and the clinical effects were observed respectively. Conclusion The central placenta previa cesarean section and uterine Bakri tamponade balloon catheter that can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay, postoperative inflammation inhibition, reduce postoperative bleeding and blood transfusion, puerperal infection and hysterectomy, promote maternal fast recovery, have a good effect and clinical value.
