Analyze the Value of MRI in Diagnosis of Endometriosis in Straight Colon

Objective To study MRI diagnosis value of endometriosis in straight colon, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods From February 2011 to February 2016, the Clinical data including MRI of 66 cases pathological confirmed as endometriosis in straight colon were analyzed retrospectively. Results MRI diagnosis of 65 cases of straight colon endometriosis in 3 cases were false positive, and MRI diagnosis of 13 cases of non-rectal involvement in 4 cases of false negative. The results showed that the sensitivity of MRI to the diagnosis of endometriosis was 93.94%, the specificity was 75%, and the accuracy was 91.03%. Conclusion MRI has good diagnostic value in the diagnosis of endometriosis in the straight colon.
