Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of allergic rhinitis with Budesonide Nasal Spray Azelastine Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were divided into observation group randomly (50 cases) and control group (50 cases),the control group were treated with Azelastine Hydrochloride Tablets for treatment, observation combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray group based on the treatment, after a course of treatment, compare two groups of patients with treatment efficiency, and compare the treatment of the two groups of patients before and after sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, nasal itching and other symptoms score. Results To observe the treatment group the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and to observe the patients in the treatment group after sneezing, runny nose,nasal congestion, nasal itching and other symptoms score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide nasal spray hydrochloride combined with nitrogen Azelastine for treatment of allergic rhinitis has obvious curative effect, can effectively improve the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis efficiency, improve the clinical symptoms of all kinds of allergic rhinitis is a safe and efficient treatment. It is worth in clinical application.
