Objective To study the emergency medicine in elderly patients with severe heart failure in clinical treatment. Methods Extraction hospital emergency department 120 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure patients received treatment in 2015 for the study, all patients were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to the method of treatment will receive profit classic mode (ie diuretics Digitalis + ) treatment of 60 elderly patients with severe heart failure patients assigned to the control group will receive β blocker ARB angiotensin antagonists, and diuretics another 60 elderly patients with severe heart failure patients assigned to the study group, compared two groups of heart clinical efficacy failure patients. Results The clinical efficacy in elderly group of patients with severe heart failure is significantly better than the control group, and adverse reactions should be better than the control group, the difference in efficacy between the two groups of elderly patients with heart failure and severe adverse effects were significantly different, P < 0.05. Conclusion β blocker ARB angiotensin antagonist therapy clinical effect of elderly patients with severe heart failure better than the classic mode (ie diuretics + digitalis), and fewer adverse reactions, should be promoted in clinical practice.
