Secure Venous Indwelling Needle in the Application of Painless Abortion Experience

PDFAbstract
Objective To explore the safe venous indwelling needle in the application of painless abortion effect. Methods The painless abortion methods 1500 cases of patients according to digital table method were randomly divided into two groups, control group with 751 cases of disposable venous infusion needle puncture veins. Observation group 749 cases were given intravenous indwelling needle puncture veins, and compare the two groups of puncture needle out, local swelling and other complications occurred and puncture effect again. Results Observation group patients surgery is completed, fluid extravasation occurred rate is obviously lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Needle out, local swelling complications is obviously lower than that of control group (P<0.05), and once again the puncture rate and significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle can completely avoid bothers patients suffered from repeated puncture and pain, greatly reducing the patient's blood vessel damage, thus to completely eliminate the needles out and secondary piercing, anesthetic leakage happens, provide effective guarantee for the smooth implementation of the operation, greatly improve work efficiency and quality of nursing staff.
