目的 探讨神经外科重症患者应用优质护理服务的临床效果以及应用价值。方法 选择我院2013年10月-2014年10月 88例神经外科重症患者进行优质护理干预研究，将所有患者随机均分成两组，研究组患者实施优质护理服务，并设 立对照组采取常规护理进行对比，采取汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与抑郁量表(HAMD)对患者的心理状况进行综合评 估，观察两组患者并发症率、护理满意度。结果 两组患者护理后HAMA以及HAMD评分比较差异具有统计学意义；两 组患者护理后总并发症率及护理总满意率比较差异具有统计学意义(P均＜0.05)。结论 神经外科重症患者实施优质 护理服务具有极高临床应用价值。

Objectives To explore the clinical effect and application value of high - quality nursing service in patients with severe neurosurgery. Methods We selected our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 to carry out high quality nursing intervention study. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups , the study group received high quality nursing service, and the control group was set up to carry out comprehensive evaluation on the psychological condition of the patients, and the complication rate and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were observed. Results the scores of Hama and Hamd after nursing in the two groups were 13.0396n10.8640.The total complication rate and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were all less than 0.05in the two groups,χ2 =9.7793,49.7500(P<0.05). Conclusion The high-quality nursing service in neurosurgery patients is of great clinical value.
