目的 探讨手术室护理中舒适护理对患者心理、生命体征、满意度的影响。方法 选择我院于2016年1月-2016年10月 期间收治的96例手术患者作为研究主体，按患者入院顺序分为甲组和乙组，其中，甲组患者为53例，乙组患者为43 例。甲乙两组患者均给予常规护理，而甲组患者加用舒适护理，对比甲乙两组患者的心理情况、生命体征情况以及 护理满意度。结果 甲组患者不良心理发生率、舒张压、收缩压、心率以及护理满意度均优于乙组患者，差异存在 统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 手术室护理中舒适护理的应用效果好，有效缓解了患者术前的焦虑、紧张等不良心 理，患者生命体征保持良好，且患者对舒适护理的满意度很高，值得推广。

Objective To investigate effect of comfort care on psychological, vital signs and satisfaction of patients in operation room. Methods A total of 96 patients were selected in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 as the research subjects, according to the order of admission, the patients were divided into group A and group B, group of patients with 53 cases and group B with 43 cases. Two group patients were given routine nursing care, while the patients of group A with comfortable nursing, psychological, vital signs and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse psychology, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate and nursing satisfaction in group A were better than group B, there were had statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing in operation room nursing is good, effectively relieve the preoperative anxiety and other negative psychology, the patient's vital signs were well maintained, and the patients were satisfied with comfort care, and it is worth promoting.
