目的 分析研究急性中毒患者通过血液净化治疗的方法以及治疗效果，为临床提供依据。方法 选取2013年10月到 2015年10月急性中毒患者资料30例实施回顾性分析，依照患者的实际病情以及中毒特征，在常规治疗的基础之上采 取血液净化方式，记录30例患者的治疗效果以及并发症情况。结果 30例患者通过血液净化治疗，20例患者痊愈或 是好转出院，没有发生血液净化引起的严重并发症。结论 针对急性中毒患者通过血液净化治疗安全有效，应该在 临床中大力推广使用。

Objective To study the acute poisoning of patients through blood purification treatment method and treatment effect, and provide the basis for clinical. Methods October 2014 to October 2015 data of patients with acute poisoning in 30 cases of the implementation of a retrospective analysis, in accordance with the actual condition of the patients and toxic characteristics, on the basis of routine treatment take blood purification, records of 30 patients with therapeutic effect and complications.
