目的 分析顺德地区早产儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症筛查结果。方法 选取我院从2012年1月到2016年8月采集的 13250例新生儿疾病筛查足跟血液样本资料，通过测定血液样本中促甲状腺素（TSH）指标，用电化学发光法检测并 诊断。结果 本次研究共筛查新生儿13250例，可疑阳性患儿480例，确诊45例，发病率0.34%，其中男性患儿22例， 女性患儿23例，其中农村患儿38例，城市7例，农村患儿占比高于城市，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。所有患儿 平均治疗（50.34±2.51）d后血清T3、T4、TSH达到正常范围。结论 顺德地区早产儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症发病 率高于全国平均水平,早期用左旋甲状腺素片治疗取得了满意的临床效果。

Objective To analyze the results of screening of infants with congenital hypothyroidism in Shunde. Methods 13250 cases of neonatal disease screening heel blood samples were collected from January 2012 to August 2016 in our hospital. Blood samples were collected and analyzed by electrochemiluminescence method. The parameters of thyroid hormone (TSH) diagnosis. Results In this study, 13250 neonates were screened and 480 suspicious children were diagnosed. The incidence rate was 0.34%. There were 22 males and 23 females, including 38 rural children, 7 cases, the proportion of rural children than the city, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum T3, T4, TSH reached the normal range in all the patients (50.34 ± 2.51) d.
