目的 研究疏风降气止咳汤对改善慢性咳嗽患者气道高反应性的效果，为临床用药提供参考依据。方法 选取我院收 治的240例气道高反应性慢性咳嗽患者作为研究对象，将其按照不同治疗方法平均分成对照组与观察组各120例， 对照组单纯应用西医治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上另给予疏风降气止咳汤治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的临床效 果。结果 对照组的总有效率为80.0%，观察组为91.7%，对比差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对比两组患者的 PC20FEV1、FEV1、PEF，差异显著，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对比两组患者咳嗽、气逆上冲感、咽痒、咯痰的积 分，差异显著，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 疏风降气止咳汤对改善慢性咳嗽患者气道高反应性的效果显著， 临床应用价值高，值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of Shufeng Jiangqi Zhike Decoction on patients with Qi airway hyperresponsiveness effect of chronic cough, to provide reference for clinical medication.
