目的 为了更好适应现代护理模式的转变，提高护理服务质量，探讨医护联合查房在临床护理工作中应用的效果。 方法 从2014年7月起至2014年12月，实施医护联合查房，并与2014年1月至2014年6月前传统护理查房相比较，病人 平均住院日、辅助检查等待日及医生和患者对护士工作满意度情况。结果 实施前后病人平均住院日、辅助检查等 待日、人均住院费用及医生和患者对护士工作满意度情况比较均（P＜0.05），实施医护联合查房后明显优于实施 前。结论 医护联合查房能缩短平均住院日和辅助检查等待日，减少医疗费用，提高患者满意度，对提高整体护理 质量有一定的促进作用，值得临床上推广应用。
