目的 探讨椎管内髓外硬膜外肿瘤的MRI影像特点。方法 分析25例髓外硬膜外肿瘤患者的临床资料及MRI影像表现。 结果 椎管内髓外硬膜外肿瘤MRI信号复杂多变，但各有其特点。结论 髓外硬膜外肿瘤以恶性肿瘤、特别是转移瘤 和淋巴瘤多见，通过分析肿瘤MRI信号特点及强化形式、结合临床表现综合分析，有助于做出正确诊断。

Objective To explore the MRI features of epidural extramedullary tumors. Methods Clinical data and MRI manifestation of 25 cases of epidural extramedullary tumors were analysed. Results The MRI signal of epidural extramedullary tumors is complex, and each had its characteristics. Conclusion Most of the epidural extramedullary tumors were malignant tumor, in which metastatic tumors and lymphoma were common. Analyzed the MRI signal and enhanced signal characteristics, combined with clinical manifestations, can we make a correct diagnosis.
