目的 观察火针联合LED红蓝光照射治疗痤疮的疗效。方法 60例患者，随机分为采用火针联合LED红蓝光治疗的观察 组和采用单纯LED红蓝光治疗的对照组，其中两组均对痤疮区域进行红蓝光照射，一周照射2次，8周共计16次为一 疗程；观察组中患者进行红蓝光照射前加用火针治疗，火针治疗每周一次。结果 观察组总有效率为83.3%，对照组 为50.0%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组疗效优于对照组。结论 火针联合LED红蓝光治疗痤 疮疗效显著、安全性高，具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the therapy effect of of fire needling combined with Red and Blue Equipment Treatment on Acne. Methods 60 patients with acne were randomly divided into fire needling and Red and Blue Equipment Treatment group, among which, two groups were applied with Red and Blue Equipment Treatment, 2 times exposure in a week, 8 weeks and 16 times for a course, experiment group was applied with fire needling before Red and Blue Equipment Treatment, fire needling once every week. Results The effective rate in experiment group was 83.3%, and the effective rate in control group was 50.0%, the two groups had significant statistical difference(P<0.05), the effective rate in experiment group was better than control group. Conclusion Fire needling combined with Red and Blue Equipment Treatment on Acne, high safety and has the value to be applied to clinic.
