目的 探讨肾脏非透明细胞癌实 性肿瘤的MSCT表现，旨在提高对其的诊断 和鉴别诊断水平。方法 对35例手术病理 证实的肾脏非透明细胞癌实性肿瘤的CT表 现进行回顾性分析, 分析肿瘤部位、大 小、形态边缘、有无包膜、出血、坏死、 囊变、钙化、脂肪，平扫及增强扫描各期 的CT值、强化方式，有无肾周侵犯及淋巴 结转移等。结果 乳头状肾细胞癌(n=4)、 嫌色细胞肾癌(n=13)、血管平滑肌脂肪瘤 (n=12)、嗜酸性细胞腺瘤(n=6)瘤内坏死 分别出现3例、4例、3例、0例；出血分 别为1例、3例、2例、0例；钙化分别为0 例、3例、1例、0例；出现包膜者分别为2 例、6例、0例、2例；杯口征分别为3例、 6例、8例、1例；中央疤痕分别为0例、2 例、1例、2例；瘤内血管分别为1例、9 例、9例、2例；瘤周血管扩张1例、4例、 3例、2例；增强后,轻中度强化者分别为3 例、4例、2例、1例；明显强化者分别为1 例、9例、10例、5例；辐轮状强化分别为 1例、1例、0例、0例；节段性增强反转分 别为1例、1例、1例、0例。结论 乳头状 肾细胞癌、嫌色细胞肾癌、血管平滑肌脂 肪瘤、嗜酸性细胞腺瘤具有一定的影像学 特征，掌握其特征性CT表现有助于与肾透 明细胞癌的鉴别。

Objective To investigate the CT findings of solid tumors of renal non-clear cell carcinoma so as to improve the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of these tumors. Methods The CT findings of 35 patients renal solid tumors of non-clear cell carcinoma with surgically and pathologically proved were analyzed retrospectively. Results The CT fingings of papillary renal cell carcinoma (n=4), chromophobe cell renal carcinoma(n=13), renal angiomyolipoma (n=12) and oncocytoma(n=6) are as follows: tumor necrosis in 3 cases, 4 cases, 3 cases and 0 case, respectively, hemorrhage in 1 case, 3 cases, 2 cases and 0 case, respectively, calcification in 0 case, 3 cases, 1 case and 0 case, respectively; tumor capsule in 2 cases, 6 cases, 0 case and 2 cases, respectively; cup sign in 3 cases, 6 cases, 8 cases and 1 case, respectively, central scar in 0 case, 2 cases, 1 case and 2 cases, respectively, intra-tumoral blood vessels in 1 case, 9 cases, 9 cases and 2 cases, respectively, peripheral vascular dilatation in 1 case, 4 cases, 3 cases and 2 cases, respectively; mild and moderate enhancement in 3 cases, 4 cases, 2 cases and 1 case, respectively; marked enhancement in 1 case, 9 cases, 10 cases and 5 cases, respectively, spoke-wheel-like enhancement in 1 case, 1 case, 0 case and 0 case, respectively, segmental enhancement inversion in 1 case, 1 case, 1 case and 0 case, respectively. Conclusion The CT findings of renal solid tumors of non-clear cell carcinoma has some characteristics and is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
