Objective To study the nursing cooperation and technique of laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor resection. Methods From December 2015 to February 2017, a total of 46 patients with laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor resection were divided into two groups (23 cases of each group). Patients in control group were received routine nursing, while patients in study group were received full care and cooperation. The duration of laparoscopic surgery, intraoperative heart rate, postoperative hospital stay, body pain score, nursing satisfaction and total complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The comprehensive nursing satisfaction of study group (95.65%) was significantly higher than that of control group (73.91%), the complication rate of study group (4.35%) was significantly lower than that of control group (26.09%), the time required for laparoscopic surgery, intraoperative heart rate, postoperative hospital stay and body pain score of study group were significantly better than those of control group, All these differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect of laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor resection is good, which can improve patient satisfaction, reduce complications, shorten operation time, maintain stable vital signs during operation, reduce postoperative pain and shorten hospital stay, which is worthy of popularization.
