Application of Perioperative Nursing Based on WeChat APP in Patients with Hemorrhoid Surgery and Its Influence on Postoperative Pain and Quality of Life

Objective To explore the application of perioperative nursing based on WeChat APP in patients with hemorrhoid surgery and its influence on postoperative pain and quality of life. Methods 226 patients with hemorrhoid surgery were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into routine group (n=113) and WeChat (n=113) group. Both groups were given routine perioperative nursing, besides, the WeChat group were given additional perioperative nursing based on WeChat APP. The effects of this nursing model on postoperative pain, bleeding and quality of life were observed and compared. Results 3d after operation, the anal VAS and bleeding symptom scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those at 1d after operation (P<0.05), and the improvement in the WeChat group was better than that in the routine group (P<0.05); 7d after operation, the scores of life quality in the two groups were higher than those at the time of admission, and the improvement in the WeChat group was better than that in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing based on WeChat APP can effectively reduce postoperative anal pain and bleeding symptoms in patient with hemorrhoids surgery, so as to improve their quality of life.
