Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Aripiprazole on the Female Schizophrenics

PDFAbstract
Objective To investigate into the therapeutic effects of Aripiprazole on the female schizophrenics. Methods We have sampled at random 76 cases of female schizophrenics treated in our hospital between February of 2015 and July of 2016, by analyzing their clinical diagnosis, we divided them into experimental group (38 samples) and control group (38 samples). The former group received the treatment of Aripiprazole, while the latter, of Risperidone Tablets. We compared the results of their PANSS and any adverse reactions during the experiment. Results After the treatment, patients from the experimental group showed a lower level in negative symptom, positive symptom, general psychopathology symptom and PANSS when compared with before. (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in experimental group was 89.47%, which was notably higher than control group ( 86.84%) (P<0.05). At the same time, the adverse reaction rate of experimental group (7.89%) was notably lower than the control group (21.05%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole showed great curative effects on the treatment of female schizophrenics, with better security and lower negative reaction rate. So it’s worthy to be applied in the clinical use.
