Application Value Study of Four-dimensional CT in Percutaneus Aspiration Lung Biopsy

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of Four-dimensional CT in percutaneus aspiration lung biopsy. Methods Patients with common CT guided percutaneus aspiration lung biopsy in our hospital were selected as control group and those with Four-dimensional computed tomography were seen as observation group, 30 cases in each group. Compare the piercing operation time, complication situation, technological superiority of Four-dimensional computed tomography in percutaneus aspiration lung biopsy and Ar-He cryoablation treatment of the two groups. Results No complications occurred in patients. Piercing time of observation group (9.87±2.16) min was shorter than control group (15.89±4.01)min, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.239,P<0.05). One cases showed unstable radio signal in navigation tools in observation group. Four-dimensional magnetic guidance CT positioning views multiple operation time is short, precise positioning. Conclusion Four-dimensional CT applied in percutaneus aspiration lung biopsy has smaller trauma, accurate location and can make a definite diagnosis on tumor. It is beneficial fortreatment evaluation of patients at different phases.
