Abstract

Objective To investigate clinical value differences of preoperative staging diagnosis of cervical cancer by MRI and TVCDS used alone and combination. Methods The imaging data of MRI and TVCDS of 120 patients with cervical cancer by operation diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed and the diagnosis consistent rate of patients with cervical cancer by MRI and TVCDS used alone and combination between preoperative staging and postoperative staging was compared. Results The diagnosis consistent rate of patients with cervical cancer by MRI used alone between preoperative staging and postoperative staging was 87.50%(105/120), the diagnosis consistent rate of patients with cervical cancer by TVCDS used alone between preoperative staging and postoperative staging was 85.00%(105/120), the diagnosis consistent rate of patients with cervical cancer by MRI combined with TVCDS between preoperative staging and postoperative staging was 92.50%(111/120). The diagnosis consistent rate of patients with cervical cancer by MRI combined with TVCDS between preoperative staging and postoperative staging was significant higher than MRI and TVCDS used alone (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with MRI and TVCDS used alone, MRI combined with TVCDS in preoperative staging diagnosis of cervical cancer possesses higher accuracy.
