Objective Analysis of the application effect of the level guide method in nursing decision and practice of postoperative complications after laparoscopic colon cancer radical operation. Methods In our hospital since April 2016 will guide the keywords hierarchy method is applied to the complications of laparoscopic colorectal cancer after radical operation of nursing practice, (October 2015 to March 2016) before application in our hospital underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer patients 90 cases, after the application of (April 2016 to October) were similar cases for 92 cases, comparison the analysis of the relevant indicators before and after the application of observation. Results After the application cases of the postoperative complication rate of early detection and timely control rate were significantly higher than that before application of the case group, after the application of evaluation of nursing workers satisfaction and patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher than that before application (P<0.05). Conclusion Keywords hierarchical method is used to guide the complications of laparoscopic colorectal cancer after radical operation of nursing practice, is conducive to the early detection of complications after operation of nursing staff and make timely and effective control of complications, is a can be obtained at the same time the nursing workers and patients accepted nursing work.
