Nursing Experience of Patients Undergoing Prone Position Operation Under General Anesthesia

Abstract

Objective The operation of prone position under general anesthesia has changed the negative focus and support point of the body, which may lead to respiratory and circulatory disturbance, and even the adverse reaction of skin pressure. The correct nursing measures should be taken to ensure the safety of operation and to prevent the complications of nursing. Methods 477 patients from March 2017 to September 2017 in our department were selected. The special posture placement and intraoperative observation points of patients undergoing general anesthesia prone position operation were analyzed. Results All the postures reached the requirements, the surgical field exposed well, and the nursing measures were taken for the patients with different types of operation and different types of operation. It is suitable to meet the needs of the operation, the operation is completed successfully, there is not a case of skin redness, no other complications. Conclusion According to the different types and methods of surgery and the individual situation of the patient. Proper posture placement, fixation and corresponding nursing measures play an important role in the smooth operation.
