Clinical Observation of Diabetic Retinopathy Treated by Compacept and Triamcinolone Injection

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of injection of Compaqite and triamcinolone acetonide on diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 38 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected and divided into a control group (n=19) and an intervention group (n=19) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection, and the intervention group was given Compacept injection, and the effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The comparison of clinical indicators showed that the intervention group was superior to the control group (P<0.05), the comparison of total treatment efficiency showed that the intervention group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compaquipe and triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, the former treatment effect is higher than the latter, it is worthy of clinical application.
